Make a Utility Payment for Frisco Ranch, The Preserve and Frisco Hills

VIEW/PAY BILLS ONLINEAUTO DRAFT (ACH) FORM

Utility bills are posted on the 5th of each month and utility payments are due by the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee is assessed on the 21st for any balance unpaid after the 20th.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

We accept money orders, personal and cashiers check for utility payments. Debit and credit card payments can be made via the eCommerce portal (a convenience fee applies). Cash is not accepted.

Automatic draft (ACH) is now available!

To sign up, please return the Bank Draft Authorization Form along with a voided check to our office, by mail, drop box, or you may email the documents to ArcadiaWater@gmail.com.

*Please Note: Submitting an ACH signup form will not pay the current account balance. ACH will become effective on the next billing cycle.

Setting up an Online eCommerce Account:

Once you have an established water utility account with DCFWSD 8C, you can view and pay your bills online through the *eCommerce website!

Accepted forms of online payment: MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, American Express, and PayPal.

Please Note: Once you Add an Account to your eCommerce profile you will no longer receive paper bills and will only receive electronic Utility Bills through the eCommerce website. To receive paper bills again please contact our office.

Getting Started:

  • Click on the View/Pay Bills Online button at the top of this page or click here to go to the eCommerce portal.
  • Register a Username and Password.
  • Check your Email for the verification code to confirm your Email Address and Username. Please follow the instructions to complete the verification process.
  • Once completed, you can add your utility account(s) to receive your bills electronically and make payments online.

How to receive Utility Bills Online:

  • Log in to the eCommerce website.
  • Click “Pay My Bills” from the main menu.
  • Click “Add an Account” and follow the instructions. You will need your Account PIN (5-digit number located on your utility bill) and your Account Number as it appears on your utility bill (include the dash).

Make a partial payment or pay without registering for eBills:

  • Log in to the eCommerce website.
  • Click “Pay Other Items” from the main menu.
  • You will need your Utility Account Number as it appears on your bill and manually key in the amount you wish to pay

ePay is a Convenience Fee based service. The convenience fee is collected by a third party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment web site. Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 8C does not collect any of the Convenience Fee. You can calculate the convenience fee once you have clicked the View/Pay eBills button and BEFORE you make any payment. Denton County Fresh Water Supply District 8C does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this website as that process is entirely handled by PayPal through its secure payment processing portal.
